Design the assembly tailored to your cloning framework

Although InSillyClo supports basic golden gate assembly, it is primarily thought to assist MoClo workflows which requires flexibility to adapt to the specificities of each MoClo kit. This is made possible by allowing you to define characteristics of your assemblies. You will be able to choose the restriction enzyme, the number of input parts and their characteristics.

After assembly definition, you will be able to download a template file. Each time you perform a cloning workflow corresponding to this assembly, you will fill in the template with plasmids to build.
