Assembly simulator

Simulate your plasmid assemblies at any scale

Rather than building your plasmid one by one, InSillyClo allows you to specify them all at once in a template using a spreadsheet program. Additionally, we made it possible to use DNA part name, like pTET, rather than the identifier, pMYT015, to make the specification simpler. To do so, it is necessary to set the DB_iP file which maps DNA feature names to plasmid identifiers, and the plasmid repository containing the genbank files.

Once the input files are uploaded, the Assembly Simulator generates output plasmid sequences. You can then choose additional results to generate, such as the agarose gel simulation after PCR or restriction digest, and the input plasmid dilutions to perform equimolar mix.
